• Multiple servers, single login -

  Control any amount of servers from the same control panel. Your users will only have to remember a single user id and password for the control panel and ftp even if their game servers are in different locations.
  

• Integrated FTP server -

  FTP has been built right into the panel. Users and sub-users can access their game files via FTP with their panel login. Multiple servers? No problem. User can access all servers assigned to them with just one login, across all servers! Admins can also set a forced FTP path to a particular folder within the client's game install folder to lock access to files such as ranked BF servers to the PB folder only. Have multiple servers that need to pull game files from another server? No problem. The software allows you to pull files from other TCAdmin servers, and even external FTP servers.
  

• Secure communication -

  Communication between your master, remotes and web servers is encrypted with 128bit encryption using your custom encryption key.
  

• Built-in IP filtering -

  The monitor application running on your server knows which IPs it should accept requests from, so you don't have to worry about your monitor receiving malicious commands from unknown sources.
  

• Run any windows executable as a service -

  Run any executable as a service and start/stop via a web interface. Also works with batch (.bat) files as well.
  

• Service monitoring -

  If your server or game executable crashes or restarts, the game servers come back online automatically.
  

• Game monitoring -

  Monitoring the service itself is not enough. TCAdmin monitors each individual game and makes sure the game is not only running, but also active.
  

• Slot and type monitor -

  We have integrated security measures into the game monitoring system which will alert you if your client changes their slot count, or changes their server from private to public. It can even be set to disable the server if this occurs! We even include Branding monitoring so clients can brand their name on the customer's server.
  

• Game server resource usage -

  TCAdmin logs the number of players, processor, and memory usage for each game server. You can monitor your game servers by generating reports and graphs from this data. Your clients can also access PNG graphs of their game servers.
  

• System resource usage -

  TCAdmin logs processor, network, disk and memory usage on the whole system. You can monitor your servers by generating reports and graphs from this data.
  

• Full function web based file manager -

  Easily access and edit, create, upload, delete files all via a web browser. The TCAdmin file manager is not a web based FTP client. Web based FTP clients tend to be slow and buggy. This file manager has been custom built. Security has been built right in. Admins can set to disallow or allow the downloads/deletion and modification of any file extension! You can also set maximum file sizes that the user can edit and even zip. It supports extraction of zip and rar files. We have also included admin settable quick links to commonly accessed files. 1 click opens for edit, and one click saves it!
  

• Graphical configuration designer and editor -

  With this feature you can build configuration pages so your clients can edit their server configuration files the easy way. You decide what they can and can't edit. Perfect for locked down configurations such as ranked BF2 servers or inexperienced clients.
  

• TCAdmin-Powered dedicated servers* -

  Most large GSPs offer dedicated servers to their clients. This usually means that the client needs to learn how to run and configure the games they want to host. With TCAdmin all you have to do is configure his dedicated server as a remote and assign it to his account. When they log in to the control panel they will be able to create game servers with the click of a button. Combine this feature with the graphical configuration editor and your clients will have total control without the hassle of configuring it and running it manually.
  

• Sub-users -

  Have clans with more than one user? More than one server? Not a problem. With the TCAdmin sub-user accounts, clans can allow different logins and set permission for these sub-accounts. Sub-Users can even enter support tickets as well.
  

• Sub-admins -

  Do you have techs helping you out but don't want them to have full access? With TCAdmin you are able to create different groups that have access to different tasks. Then just create a new user and assign him to that group.
  

• Master FTP Servers -

  Are you tired of keeping all the game installation files updated on each of your servers? With TCAdmin you don't have to worry about it. Keep all your installation files, mods, maps, etc in one server and have all the other servers download the files from there using FTP. Do you have multiple locations and want faster transfer speeds? Just create a Master FTP server in each of your locations and configure each server to download the files from the nearest server. The system can also be setup to keep a copy of the game files on the remote machine automatically during setup. The next time that gametype is installed TCAdmin will use the local copy of the files instead of downloading them from the master server.
  

• Automated setup -

  Of course we have that. The automated setup system can use both local file copy as well as FTP file copy. Once done the game is running and ready to access. From the game automation screen you can also create a user account, Ventrilo or TeamSpeak server as well! One screen and you are done. Once finished the panel will email the admin, and even the client if you wish!
  

• Modernbill module with load balancing -

  TCAdmin is the first GSP control panel to have a built-in integration module within ModernBill. This will mean that GSPs will be able to completely automate the ordering, payment, fraud verification and service provisioning for game servers. This automation will significantly lower overhead costs of operating a GSP and improve the service delivery to game players everywhere. The Modernbill module supports creating game servers with or without game switching, voice servers, automated suspend, enable and delete.
  

• Game server reinstall -

  With the click of a button you can reinstall a game server. You can also enable/disable your clients to do this themselves. Great for when a client really screws their configs up. 1 click and the server is restored to original.
  

• Game server mover -

  Move a game server from one location to another automatically. Your command line and configuration files are automatically modified. Just select a source and destination server, TCAdmin does the rest. You and your clients are notified by email when the move is complete.
  Game server switcher - Create a group of game servers and limit your client to only run one or more at the same time.
  

• User suspend/activate -

  With the click of a button, a user's web and ftp access, game servers and voice servers are disabled. When you re-activate this user, all his game and voice servers are brought back online.
  

• Support ticket system -

  Again we have built it right in. A fully functioning support ticket system with priority settings, and even email template setup.
  

• News system -

  Keep your clients up to date on what's going on. This system features numerous filters for Datacenter, Server, Game type and even user. Have a STEAM update due? No need to email everyone. Simply tell TCAdmin to email and post to users that have a STEAM based server!
  

• Patching system -

  Probably the most annoying thing about hosting is patch time. Let's face it STEAM updates suck! With TCAdmin you can download once from STEAM and then update all your servers at once! It includes an update generator utility which runs the update and creates the patch file based on changed files only! With that one patch file you can update all your server at once, or allow your clients access to one click install as well.
  

• One Click Steam updates -

  You can also automatically update your steam servers with the click of a button. You can configure whether you want to allow your users to use the steam update or only administrators. This feature requires that you have a copy of the HLDSUpdatetool installed on each of your dedicated servers, or contained within the default client install files.
  

• One Click Punkbuster updates -

  Are you tired of your clients creating support tickets because their Server's Punkbuster is not updating? With TCAdmin you can allow them to update their Punkbuster with a single click. The system downloads the latest PB server .dll file and the server can then update to the latest version on it's own. No need for bulky PB update tools to be installed. You can configure whether you want to allow your users to use the Punkbuster update or only administrators.
  

• Mod install system -

  Cut the support tickets down. We have included a mod installation feature. You have full control over creating the mod zip file. Include whatever files you want. Then simply publish it through the panel, and let users click a button to install it! It even changes the command line and configuration files if you like, and then restarts the server.
  

• Map Packs -

  Upload maps to one location and let your clients copy them to their game servers with the click of a button. Also contains support for specifying map directories instead of publishing .zip files.
  

• Client command line builder -

  Clients can build any number of different command lines and store them for easy switching. You control what your clients can and can't do by adding or removing commandline variables. With TCAdmin's powerful commandline feature you can also disallow certain commands which user may try to add to the end of the commandline.
  

• Template system -

  Why would you want our panel to look like our default? You wouldn't! We supply an easy to use skinning system to let you easily change the look and feel of the panel to reflect your site. While we love free advertising we think your panel should be yours! and not look like a default skin. You can also store numerous templates and allow users to select which one to display when they login. We also include 2 different templates which client can download from our forums for free!
  

• Update system -

  Ok, if this runs on my machines how do I get updates? We have built in a web based update system! Simply click on check updates within your panel and you will be provided with a list of current updates that are available. Simply choose one and click install. It will update all your servers, both master and remotes! While updating, none of your running game servers will be interrupted.
  

• Supports over 75 games -

  Tired of waiting for your other control panel to support [insert game here]? With TCAdmin you have built in support for over 100 games (even more if you include compatible games based on these). Even if your game is not on the list you can still configure it and have the basic start/stop, command line builder, file manager, ftp and automation so you can always support the latest games. As long as the game can be run from a commandline or batch file, TCAdmin should control it.
  

• RCON Support -

  Battlefield 2, Battlefield 2142, Half-Life, Half-Life 2 and Quake 3 based games have RCON support. Your clients will be able to kick/ban players with the click of a button. More are added all the time.
  

• Teamspeak© integration -

  Tired of having your clients getting locked out or getting their Teamspeak servers 'hacked'? Now they can reset their Teamspeak user's with the click of a button, create users and ban unwanted IPs all from the TCAdmin Control Panel.
  

• Backup and restore tool -

  We all know that hard drives fail. When they do, you can get all the game servers running again within minutes. With the TCAdmin backup tool you can create backups of your database and game servers. Run the backup as a scheduled task and you will always be prepared for the worst.
  

• Scripting and SDK -
